Spacious 2nd floor furnished studio apartment. Apartment includes a queen sized bed, a dinette table with seating for 2, a TV and TV stand, a dresser, and all major kitchen appliances (no dishwasher). Linens and cable are not included. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Apartment is available February 1st. The lease must begin February 1st. The minimum lease length is 6 months. Monthly rent is $995 (single occupancy) including utilities and WIFI. See pictures below.

All of our unfurnished apartments at Castle Apartments are currently rented through the end of July. Please contact us if you would like to be added to our waiting list in case an unfurnished apartment opens up unexpectedly before August.

All of our 2BR apartments at 221 N. Vine Ave are currently rented through July 30, 2026. Please contact us if you would like to be added to our waiting list in case an apartment opens up unexpectedly before that date.
We will begin preleasing at this location for fall 2026 in May.
Cats are welcome at Castle Apartments with applicable pet deposit (2 maximum). Refundable pet deposit is $250 (per pet). Some other small pets are allowed with pet deposit and management approval, but dogs are not allowed in the building!
