The safety and comfort of our tenants is our top priority. An on-site manager is available to accommodate the needs of our residents, and is on call 24 hours a day to handle emergencies. Off-street parking is provided for our tenants in our private parking lot. The entrance to the apartment community is gated, and the grounds of the complex are always well lit.
Utilities are free at The Castle Apartments! Telephone, cable, and internet services are available to tenants for a fee. All of our apartments have air conditioning, a refrigerator, a stove, and a ceiling fan. The apartment building is an historic Tucson landmark; it has 11 foot ceilings, and is uniquely decorated with saltillo tile floors and beautiful rustic beamwork. Many of our apartments have walk in closets, and some of our apartments also include patios and garden space.
Other amenities include a pool, a picnic area with a barbecue, a basketball court, and an on site laundry facility.
We offer reasonably priced year long leases for our unfurnished apartments. We do not offer 6 month leases for unfurnished apartments. Academic-year length leases can be negotiated for a higher monthly rental fee. Looking for something short term? We also offer fully furnished vacation rentals that can be booked monthly.
Please note that all the rental prices listed for the Castle Apartments are for single occupancy only; an additional fee of $100 per month is added to the monthly rental charges for double occupancy.
Cats and most other small pets are allowed at the Castle (maximum 2) with a pet deposit, but dogs are not allowed at the Castle.
